Hi Hella! Welcome to Front Row Society! Can you tell us a bit about your work? How did you get into blogging?
Hello!! I was always passionate about clothes and fashion, always trying to put a little of magic in everything I was doing. I started seeing some fashion blogs and I was absolutely amazed by the inspiration they were giving me everyday…
What were you doing before AmberHella?
I was doing the same I’m doing now, working in photography and buying lots and lots of clothes.. J
And what do you do apart from AmberHella?
I work as a Marketing Technician and as a photographer in an agency.
When did your interest in the fashion-world develop? What did you want to be when you were a child?
It started since I remember! Playing with my Barbie dolls and making their clothes from my mum’s lace tights and getting inspired in Elle magazine! I wanted to be a Dentist! Imagine!
What was your original plan when you started AmberHella?
Just sharing some looks and a little bit of my life, my purchases.. like a fashion life style blog.
Did you expect people to go so crazy about you?
Ahah No I didn’t, but crazy is a little to much perhaps!! Ahah J
How do you see the rise of fashion in Portugal?
Well, fashion blogs are growing and people are getting more open minded…I can only see good things in a near future towards fashion is Portugal.
What is your inspiration? Do you follow other bloggers’ work?
Yes I do, I see at least 100 blogs a day! I’m totally crazy about fashion blogs, it’s an addiction!
How would you describe your style? How has this style developed over time?
I was always into trash and grunge but I had moments were I was more girly and feminine, now I believe I’m still all that but more minimal and always with a revival touch!
What are you looking forward to – professionally or personally?
Having a significant voice in a way I can express myself towards clothes and inspire so many girls out there who just need a little push! I would really love to continue AmberHella journey to see where it goes!!
